Duracell: Trade Promotion

We were hired by marketing agency Touch on behalf of Duracell to promote the relaunch and new advertising campaign for the trade arm of Duracell. This was achieved by using free runners to imply the endless energy that is synonymous with Duracell batteries. The other link was the TV advert which featured the Duracell bunny free running across urban roof tops.

The first event was at Asda's head office and the other at Proctor & Gamble's head office, where the event was to generate awareness of the forthcoming campaign.

This then lead to a number of roadshow events where the free runners performed in front of crowds while promo staff sampled and handed out promotional items. The events took place in Leicester Sq in London, Leeds city centre, Glasgow city centre and Bluewater shopping centre.

We were involved on various elements of the project, from the design of the apparatus used by the free runners, to the provision of the DJ & sound.
