Bentall Centre: Spring / Summer Fashion Show

We were approached by the Bentall Centre management to look at putting on their Spring / Summer fashion show. The brief was to produce a great fashion show that was informative for the centre customers as well as being a focal point throughout the day but for an economical budget !

We provided 6 adults 8 adults and 2 kids for the job, who were all choreographed on site prior to the show starting.

Our stylist liaised with centre management and retailers prior to the fashion show to make sure all clothing was in place and labelled up for the models arrival

Our production team came in in the early hours of the morning on the day of the show to put in the PA, plasma screens and set up the screen info etc

Dressers were also on hand to make sure all models went out as envisaged and also to make sure oufits we returned as received.

We ran a schedule of 6 shows , showcasing 24 brands in total across the day. With our stylist also compering the show giving helpful hints and tips to the crowds letting them know what was going to be big this season.

Urban Heroes were a pleasure to work with from the start.  Their professional approach both in the planning before the event and on the day made everything go smoothly from beginning to end.  The staff were polite, courteous and willing to help however required, with a good sense of humour which  lifted the good atmosphere of the day further.  The feedback we have had from both our stores in the Centre and the general public has ensured that they will be our first choice for fashion shows in the future
