Beach Break Live: 2009 Summer Festival
We were approached by the organisers of Beach Break Live and asked if we could supply Free Runners to perform and run workshops at the festival.
Beach Break Live is the largest student festival in the UK, and featured headline bands such as The Zutons, The Cuban Brothers and Dizzee Rascal.
We designed a set of structures to perform on that would be technical and impressive from a performance point of view, but also accessible and safe to run workshops on.
Workshops ran in the mornings from 11:00 until 1:00, with performances being spread though the afternoon. We were massively impressed with the interest in workshops, and also achieved audiences in the hundreds for the performances.
